We Roast on every Wednesday and Saturday.
Best time to order the beans will be on Tuesday and Friday as we will plan the roast and have it roasted on the next day and ship out on roasting day.

The coffee has unique combination of sweetness and acidity, clean finishing and tea-like finishing.
This is one of the rarer variety as most Yunnan coffee beans are catimor, and this is a caturra.
Seasonal only and while stock last.
Recommended more for filtered coffee but the roaster intention is meant for both espresso as well as filtered.
